Shipping Information

We provide global shipping services, and every order includes a tracking number. There are no extra taxes applied, although certain international shipments may be subject to customs duties upon arrival, depending on local import regulations.

Important note: Customers in Brazil and Chile must provide a Tax ID or Identification Number. Without this information, customs authorities may delay, hold, or return the parcel.

Similarly, for deliveries to Japan, Taiwan, and remote regions of China, an identification number is mandatory.

If your order is being shipped to any of these areas, please email your Tax ID/Identification Number to [email protected] after completing your purchase.

All items are made to order with great care and shipped from our facilities in the US, EU, AU, and CA. The estimated delivery time includes production, printing, and shipping, as well as the associated shipping fee.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Time is calculated from the moment your order leaves our warehouse, not from the date you place the order.

After we receive your purchase, you have a 4-hour window to cancel or update your order details (such as size, color, or shipping address). Once this period ends, we proceed with the following stages to ensure your item reaches you promptly:
production, handover to the shipping carrier, and final delivery.

We kindly ask for your understanding and patience while your order is being prepared and shipped.


Production Time

Please note that the processing duration does not include weekends or public holidays.

Generally, it takes about 1–2 business days to produce a T-shirt with a single print area. For more complex items — such as hoodies, sweatshirts, long-sleeve shirts, or garments with multiple print areas — production may take an extra 1–2 days.

If you’ve ordered multiple products, please allow additional time for completion.

For All Over Print (AOP) shirts, production typically requires 5–7 days per item.

Important Notice

Shipping time refers only to the delivery duration and does not include production time.

All shipping times are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

The delivery estimates provided are based on average transit times under normal weather conditions and for urban areas. If your address is located in a remote or rural region, please expect an additional 2–4 business days for delivery.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may require an extra 7–12 business days.

During peak seasons or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays, resulting in longer delivery times than usual.

For international shipments, the timeframe listed above is an approximation. External factors such as weather, customs clearance, or the local postal system may affect delivery schedules. In some countries, parcels may take longer to arrive. As a result, we guarantee delivery within 30 days from the date your order is shipped, regardless of destination.

Special Note: For Express Shipping orders, production begins immediately after purchase to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Therefore, order cancellations or modifications cannot be made once the order is placed.

Please ensure that all order details — including size, color, and address — are accurate before finalizing your purchase.

3. Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
If an incorrect address is provided, your parcel may be canceled, delayed, or sent to an unclaimed warehouse, where reshipment will not be possible.
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that all shipping information submitted is accurate and complete.


5. Multiple Addresses

We are unable to ship a single order to multiple destinations.
If you wish to send products to different addresses, please create separate orders for each location.
