1. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in brand-new condition, unused, and unworn.
  • Remain sealed in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    Returns submitted without proof of purchase cannot be processed.

3. Eligible Return Reasons

KlowdenMann accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products.
You may return an item for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color
  • Product defects or damage

All products listed in our catalog are eligible for return if they meet the above conditions.

Please either return the package directly to the courier upon delivery or contact KlowdenMann within 30 days of receipt for prompt assistance.


4. Product Eligibility Criteria

A product is considered eligible for return if:

  • It meets the general return requirements listed above.
  • It shows no signs of wear or use, and the neck label and packaging remain intact.
  • The return request is made within 30 days from the delivery date.

For international orders, we accept requests for defective or unwanted products within 60 days of delivery.


5. Return / Exchange Procedure

Please ensure your item meets KlowdenMann’s return policy criteria before submitting a request.

Steps to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] and describe the issue with your order.
  2. Provide the following details in your email:
    • Order confirmation information.
    • Photos of the shipping label.
    • Clear images of the product and the affected area (showing any defect, damage, or mismatch).
    • If the issue is a sizing error, include photos showing the actual measurements (width and length) using a measuring tape.
    • The name or details of the item you would like to receive as a replacement.

Note:
For orders with multiple items, please include photos or videos showing all products laid flat side by side for easier verification.

  1. Once your claim is verified, we will approve your return or exchange.
  2. After confirmation, you will receive either a refund or a replacement shipped to your address within 7 business days.
    You do not need to send the product back to us.

6. Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges made without prior verification from KlowdenMann will not be supported.
  • Replacements will be issued for items of equal or higher value.
    If the replacement item is priced higher, you will be responsible for the price difference.
  • For orders shipped outside the United States, we accept returns or replacement requests for defective or unwanted items within 60 days of delivery.
