Refund Policy

At KlowdenMann, we — along with most sellers on KlowdenMann.com — provide refunds for orders within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If you encounter any issue with your purchase, please contact us at cs@KlowdenMann.com to submit your request.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order placed on KlowdenMann.com. To protect your rights as a customer, please review our refund policy under the following conditions:


1. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

We are happy to assist in cases where you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty. This includes:

  • The item does not match the product description (wrong type, material, or size).
  • The product arrives dirty, torn, wet, or covered with hair or fabric residue.
  • The print is blurred, misaligned, or defective.
  • The print peels or becomes damaged after the first wash.

Please contact cs@KlowdenMann.com within 30 days of delivery for assistance.
Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

When requesting support, please provide:

  • Order details for verification.
  • A photo of the shipping label.
  • Photos showing the item and its size tag/neck label.
  • Photos clearly displaying the damaged or incorrect part compared to the product description.

For orders with multiple items, please include photos or videos showing all products laid flat side by side.

Once we receive and verify the provided information, and the item qualifies for a refund, we will issue a refund immediately to the original payment method.


2. Incorrect Size Received

We will provide support if the product you received differs from the size ordered, specifically when the actual measurements deviate by more than 1.5 inches from our standard size guide.

Please contact cs@KlowdenMann.com within 30 days of receiving your order for assistance.
Requests made after 30 days from delivery cannot be processed.

Required information:

  • Order confirmation details.
  • Photos of the product and size tag/neck label.
  • Photos clearly showing the measured width and length using a measuring tape.

For multiple items, please include photos or videos of all products laid flat together for verification.

Once we confirm that the item is unused and the size deviation exceeds 1.5 inches, a refund will be issued immediately to the payment account used.


3. Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, we will take prompt action to assist.

When the tracking system shows your order as delivered, we will email you to confirm receipt.
Please check your mailbox, review security camera footage, ask neighbors, or contact your local post office to ensure the package hasn’t been misplaced.

If you have not received your parcel within 30 days of delivery confirmation, please email us at cs@KlowdenMann.com with the following information:

  • Order details (order number).
  • Verified shipping address.
  • Confirmation from your local post office that the package was not received.

After verification, a refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
Claims filed after 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation will not be accepted.

Order information includes:

  • Order code
  • Shipping address
  • Recipient’s full name, phone number, and email

4. Order Cancellation

You have a 4-hour window after placing your order to cancel or modify details (such as size, color, or address).
Please send your request to cs@KlowdenMann.com. Once approved, the order will be canceled, and your payment will be refunded to the same card used for purchase.

After 4 hours, cancellations or modifications will no longer be accepted.

For Express Shipping orders, production begins immediately to ensure prompt delivery, so cancellations and modifications are not possible once the order is placed.
