- Printify – A global print-on-demand platform connecting us with trusted print facilities in the United States, Australia, and Europe. Printify ensures premium production, sustainable practices, and fast local fulfillment.
- Gelato – A distributed print network focused on localized manufacturing, reducing carbon emissions and delivery time by producing closer to our customers.
- Gearment – A U.S.-based print and logistics partner known for precision printing, color consistency, and dependable fulfillment.
Together, these partners allow us to offer high-quality, custom-made apparel that reaches customers efficiently, wherever they are.

4. Printing Process
All products are made to order using state-of-the-art Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology.
This process allows us to produce vibrant, long-lasting designs while minimizing waste.
Key features of our printing process:
- High-resolution color output for detailed artwork.
- Eco-friendly, water-based inks certified for safety and sustainability.
- Precision garment alignment to ensure each print meets our design standards.
Because each item is printed individually, slight variations in color tone or placement may occur — a mark of the unique, made-for-you nature of every Klowden Mann product.
Note: We sometimes use DTF printing technology in cases where the print is not suitable for DTG printing (logo, text,…)

Before shipping, all items go through a multi-step inspection process:
