"I've been getting a lot of advice this past year about how to relax. This is my way of thinking about relaxing, which I may eventually figure out how to do. Its about creating a reminder of the thing that is hardest for you to imagine doing, slightly funny. When you see the words, you are amused, and the weight of the message lightens and becomes connected to humor. Its about retraining the brain. I call the series, Relax, #pillowstellingmetodothings"
